Dear Santa,

Dear Santa,
My sister makes me so mad sometimes.  I wish I could get back at her.  I mean she just needs extra time in the morning to think about what family means to her.  I saw this Flying Alarm Clock that I think would be really cool for her. 

When the alarm sounds the propeller is launched up into the air & flies around the room. To turn off the alarm she’ll have to get up, find it & return it to the base. The Flying Alarm Clock wakes you up with a loud shrieking alarm coupled with a little propeller-driven key that leaps off your nightstand. To turn off the horrible racket, you have to get out of bed and retrieve the key. The propeller flies the key high into the air and off into her Hello Kitty display.

I’m not trying to be mean, I promise.  I just think she’ll really like the morning exercise.  The Flying alarm clock has a continuous snooze function that rings every seven minutes for an entire hour, an easy to read LCD, and a six-button control panel for ease of programming. The snooze feature will only silence the alarm after the rotor is back in its base and after seven minutes the rotor will release again making snooze just not worth it, unless 7 minutes is worth it to you and for that reason it is offered.  I won’t tell her how to use the snooze button though.  I think she likes things to be nice and lively in the morning.

Dear Santa,

I’m laying my cards out on the table here.  Sometimes a kid just wants to be a kid.  I put a lot of pressure on myself thinking of others, my future as an industry giant, how to hide from my brother, how to avoid watching my new baby brother or sister (I’ve considered joining the Peace Corps to get out of diaper duty!), and now, I just want to relax and play. 

I haven’t asked for much, but if you could do me just one favor this year and get me the WowWee RoboRover, I would really be grateful.  I’d even let my brother and sister play with the RoboRover too.  You see, the RoboRover and I are kindred spirits, he’s an agile tread-based companion (just like me) with a shy but inquisitive nature (just like me), and his personality grows and becomes more confident as you play with him (I know, the similarities are uncanny). He is always eager to be on the move or play games with you (uh-hum, just like ME). The remote controller has a “Follow Me”  function so you can have RoboRover search for you.  It’s weird because the kids on the playground are always playing, “Hide from Ralphy!”, but they’re really good at it because I hardly ever find them.  I wonder if maybe I’m too good at the game … I should give them all a “Follow Me” remote so they don’t lose me all the time.  It’s nice to share.
